This Privacy Policy explains how Attract AI ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
Photos you upload: When you upload a photo or screenshot for analysis, the image is sent directly to Google's Gemini AI API for processing. We do not store these images on our servers.
Chat text: Any text you enter for analysis is sent to Google's Gemini AI API. We do not store this content on our servers.
Usage data: We store a local usage counter on your device (via AsyncStorage) to track free analysis uses. This data never leaves your device.
Language preference: Your selected language is stored locally on your device.
Purchase data: Subscription and purchase information is managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We receive only your subscription status. We do not store payment details.
Photos and text are used solely to generate AI-powered analysis and response suggestions. Results are generated in real time and are not stored by us. The AI processing happens via Google Gemini API, subject to Google's own privacy policies.
Google Gemini API — Our application uses a third-party artificial intelligence service provider (Google LLC) to power the core analysis features, including Face Scan and Chat Analysis. When you use these features, the photos, screenshots, and text you submit are securely transmitted to Google LLC exclusively to generate the requested analysis. This data is processed temporarily and is not retained for training future public AI models. Google LLC complies with strict Apple privacy frameworks and provides an equal level of data protection as outlined in this policy.
RevenueCat — used for subscription management. Subject to RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store — handles all payments securely.
We do not operate servers or databases that store your personal data. All preferences and usage counts are stored locally on your device using React Native AsyncStorage. Deleting the app removes all local data.
Attract AI is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the app, please contact us.
The app requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to upload screenshots for analysis. Photos are not saved by the app beyond the current session.
Since we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to request, correct, or delete beyond what is stored locally on your device. You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
